The only branch of the Japanese restaurant 『料理屋素』, which received 2 stars in the Michelin Guide Hokkaido Special Edition. Two-star chef cooks in Niseko. It's a very small restaurant, but there is an aquarium with crabs and fish swimming in it. You can eat very fresh fish and crabs. There are many kinds of sake and old vintage champagne.
